Payment links
Text or email a secure Stripe checkout link for a deposit or balance. The client pays before they arrive, and it's recorded on the appointment automatically. No terminal required.
Promotions engine
Create BOGOs, percentage or dollar discounts, and coupon codes. Include or exclude specific services and products. Apply to all clients, a customer group, or a single code at checkout. No third-party app, no extra monthly fee.
Reports, payroll & timecards
Revenue, taxes, tips, outstanding balances, and CSV export. Timecards with PIN clock-in/out, location and IP tracking for fraud prevention, and a full audit report with editing. Payroll handles hourly, salary, commission, commission-only, and split-pay employees. Set custom overtime tiers: daily or weekly thresholds, your own rates. Pay statements print per employee. Rate history is retained, so payroll calculates accurately even when rates change.
Staff & access control
Schedules, capacity, services per groomer, color coding. PIN-protected actions: staff can record payments but not issue refunds. You lock the settings.
Loyalty program
Reward clients based on how many times they book a specific service. Questions groomers actually ask
Do I have to download an app?
No. PSL runs in the browser on any device: iPhone, Android, tablet, laptop, or desktop. Designed mobile-first so it's beautiful on a phone, and just as comfortable on the big screen in the back office. Open it, log in, and your whole day is there.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. Payments go directly into your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. You pay Stripe's standard rates and nothing more. PSL adds zero platform processing fees. Prefer a different processor? Bring your own. Cash, e-transfer, cheque, or any custom payment type can be recorded in PSL at no extra cost.
Is the SMS really included?
Yes. Every plan includes a monthly SMS allowance: 500 on Starter, 1,500 on Growth, 5,000 on Pro. If you need more, extra blocks are $5 per 500 messages.
What if I'm on paper right now?
You're exactly who PSL was built with. Set up your services, add clients as they book, and the system starts paying for itself with the first deposit it collects and the first no-show a reminder prevents.
Can I cancel anytime?

Is my data safe?
Yes. PSL runs on Supabase, a managed Postgres database with row-level isolation, so one salon's data is isolated at the database level from another. All traffic between your browser and PSL is encrypted. Card payments are handled directly by Stripe through Stripe Connect, the same payments infrastructure used by Shopify and Lyft, so PSL never sees or stores card numbers. We don't sell your data, ever.
Is it compliant with Canadian messaging law?
Yes. All client messaging is CASL compliant: every email includes one-click unsubscribe, and clients can reply STOP to any text to be instantly opted out.
